Old-school jolly japester Jack Holliday is shot dead in a watertight nuclear bunker. How the heck did the killer escape?

Jack couldn’t possibly have killed himself due to crippling arthritis in his hands… or could he?

Maddie and Jonathan team up for the second time, although her presence is resented by Jack’s family due to the fact she recently helped get his first wife’s murderer freed from prison.
